This is currently my favourite ultra nutritious Protein rich Porridge, which I love to eat straight after an early morning Gym Session. Yummy!
I accidentally created it as I was low on Vegan Protein Powder one morning to go with my porridge and found a tub of Meridian Peanut Butter hidden in the back of my cupboard!
Peanut butter is packed full of Protein keeping you fuller for longer plus the slow release of energy from oats and bananas will keep you full till Lunchtime!
Ingredients (Measurements to your preference)
Organic Meridian Peanut butter
Jumbo or Normal Oats
Coconut Milk (Or your choice of Alt Milk)
One Banana
Honey or Coconut Sugar
